PJ Glasco Named Among Houston's Top Young Leaders

FKP Architects' Senior Associate Prajakti (PJ) Glasco, AIA, LEED AP, has been named one of Houston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” honorees. The annual award recognizes the achievements of 40 young professionals who excel in their industry and show dynamic leadership in their communities.
Glasco has excelled in the field of architecture since receiving her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Houston, Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture, where she was Valedictorian. After graduating, she has focused her career in the health care industry, working on projects for world renowned health care institutions such as Texas Children’s Hospital, the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Memorial Herman Healthcare System and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute.
As a LEED certified architect, Glasco strives to continue to learn new architectural innovations and bring them to the client. She relishes in helping clients become more environmentally responsible and works closely with them to meet desired levels of conservation without hindering critical operations of facilities.
Earning the respect of her colleagues, she was selected to lead the American Institute of Architects Houston Chapter Committee on Architecture for Health. Other accolades include the AIA School Medal and Achievement of Merit for Excellence from the University of Houston Gerald D. Hines School of Architecture. Glasco also enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and SEARCH’s House of Tiny Treasures.
