Interventional MRI
Cook Children’s Intraoperative MRI (iMRI) advances care by providing more precise treatment for brain cancer and other neurological disorders. A two-room suite offers maximum flexibility for this cutting-edge technology. When not in use for interventional surgeries, the suspended magnet can be moved via gliding tracks into the adjacent diagnostic room to perform complex functional and anatomic imaging.
