FKP began working with DCH in 1988, preparing a master plan for their main campus that included a 600-bed public hospital, cancer center, medical office buildings and a rehab hospital. FKP has updated that master plan on a four-year cycle. Planning studies include implementation of strategies rationalizing services, creating centers of excellence and assuring optimal utilization of resources between campuses.
