BioScience Research Collaborative
This ten-story bioscience research building, designed by SOM, is jointly occupied by researchers from Rice University and the Texas Medical Center. FKP designed the first tenant improvement project within the building, to include classrooms, laboratory and support space for Rice University and shared areas to include a 280-seat auditorium, vivarium and support and administrative space.
