Heart and Vascular Institute

Envisioning the creation of a state-of-the-art Center of Excellence, Memorial Hermann responded to growing community needs with the new Heart and Vascular Institute. The five-story, freestanding facility combines cardiovascular surgery, cardiac catheterization, cardiovascular inpatient care and ambulatory heart services. The new building required a unique architectural image to emphasize and promote the center and complement the existing campus structures.
