Ambulatory Services Development Plan

In partnership with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) is the only pediatric medical center in Arkansas and one of the largest in the nation. Using simulation modeling, FKP helped the institution define and develop an ambulatory services improvement program. The resulting Ambulatory Improvement Movement has saved the institution $3 million.
