Master Plan Analysis

FKP conducted an operations analysis to direct and streamline the implementation of this institution’s master plan. Considering the hospital’s projected growth to 350 beds by 2017, FKP recommended adding flexibility into the emergency department by creating an adjacent Clinical Decision Unit and “swing beds” such as a fast-track minor care area that could supplement the main department during peak times.
