Clinical Campus Master Plan

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center acquired the St. Paul Hospital campus, adding approximately 1.7 million sf to the university’s medical center. FKP developed a five-phase master land use plan to direct and guide the replacement/regeneration of the campus buildings.
