Continuing the expansion of Children’s Medical Center’s Motor Street Campus, this eight-story patient tower addition includes a 34-station PACU, 42-bed Cardio Vascular ICU, 24-bed NICU, a Family Center, food court and gift shop, totaling approximately 107,000 sf. The balance of the building’s square footage will be used for future patient bed expansion.
