North Tower and Medical Office Building

FKP has been working with Cook Children’s since 1992, helping this growing 12-block urban campus evolve and anticipate the future. Scheduled to complete in 2012, FKP collaborated with David M. Schwarz Architects to design their latest expansion — a five-story, 290,000 sf inpatient tower and a 250,000 sf medical office building to consolidate all ambulatory care programs.
